Train the Trainer App Case Study

For this project, I was given some free rein to devise a solution for a problem space that I’ve experienced in my professional past. Having spent over twenty years with Culver’s while working in training and development spaces, I created an app from the perspective of a Crew Trainer to illustrate what a platform that bundles training at the individual level looks like.

Website Usability Case Study

Our client requested feedback on the usability of their current website in advance of anticipated additional traffic. I conducted a few interviews with potential users of the product, worked in a group to parse the feedback, as well as generated ideas and recommendations for implementation.

This client expressed a concern that their current user base gravitated toward only the technological piece of their program instead of embracing the entirety of services being offered. The request was to review their current designs to see what could be done to raise awareness.

2.0 App Enhancement Case Study

What began as a project at Prime Academy took on new life as the developer decided to create the 2.0 version of the app! I was part of a research team to understand the needs of the client for the user end of the experience, and then I was charged with drafting and designing new solutions for the app.
